Current information on the Corona protection measures
- entry without 3-G:
3-G proof is currently not required for entry into Austria!
- during your stay in the Schladming Dachstein region:
FFP2 masks mandatory: only in highly vulnerable areas (e.g. hospital, doctor).
General cancellation conditions
General cancellation conditions 01.12.2022 to 16.04.2023 room | suites | apartments:
cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the holiday (if a deposit has already been paid, it will be refunded) from 29 days and in the event of no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged. This also applies to late arrival and early departure. Cancellations are only accepted in writing!
General cancellation conditions 26.05. to 31.10.2022 Room | Suites:
Cancellation free of charge up to 8 days before the start of the holiday (if a deposit has already been paid, it will be refunded) from 7 days and in the event of no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
apartments:
Cancellation free of charge up to 15 days before the start of the holiday (if a deposit has already been paid, it will be refunded) From 14 days and in the event of no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged. This also applies to late arrival and early departure. Cancellations are only accepted in writing!
Valid for all houses except Almwelt Austria & Eisbacherhof!
